The Jerk is made with scotch bonnet peppers, our house brine, dill, garlic, onion and cucumbers. This pepper imparts a lot of incredible flavor into The Jerk pickles. This pickle is hands down our favorite pickle we have made. Perfect for club sandwiches, burgers, snacking and brats.
